TMI Tuesday: September 18, 2012 - Strip for me, I’ll strip for you

Jack's Answers

1. Have you ever danced naked in front of anyone? What prompted the experience?

Yes I have.  What prompted the experience is that the TSA agent working the security line felt that I didn't look "American enough".

This is the last thing you ever want to see at an airport.

2. Have you been to a strip club? Was it what you expected?

Yes, and yes.  While I've gone to strip clubs on occasion, I've never been the biggest fan; I don't see the point of being charged a cover and a two-overpriced-drink minimum to sit in a noisy bar full of obnoxious louts and stare at women who, while sexy, are not exactly my ideal, and for that matter probably not going to touch me without my paying handsomely for the "privilege".  I never really saw the point of getting aroused in public without the likelihood of orgasm; I could stay home and watch porn (or have sex) for a lot cheaper.  

3. Have you ever been to an “amateur night” at a strip club?

No, but they happened to be having an "amateur night" at the Emergency Room the night I came in with severe chest pains.  I need to get a different HMO.

4. Do you think strip clubs are exploitative or are they misunderstood as simple adult entertainment venues?

Like prostitution and porn, I don't believe that strip clubs are exploitative by definition, but they can be.  It depends on the conditions under which the operation is managed, and whether the workers are treated ethically.

5. Would you ever consider stripping to pay for college or other expenses?

I would not consider stripping to earn money because I'm relatively certain I could make more money doing just about anything else.

6. Have you ever given your partner a private dance?

Frequently!  In fact, we only dance in public at weddings.

7. Would you ever perform a lap dance for a complete stranger?

No, because I don't like pepper spray.

8. Showgirls, Strip Tease, Magic Mike … What is the sexy Hollywood stripper scene you have ever YouTubed?

I've never YouTubed a "sexy Hollywood stripper scene" because, as far as I know YouTube doesn't allow nudity and I'm not particularly fond of pasties.  Now, if you're just asking about favorite scenes involving stripping, I can think of few that really work for me.  It seems that the current mentality in Hollywood is that "stripping" refers less to removing clothing and more to grinding against a pole with the goal of stripping off the metal.  Witness Jessica Alba in Sin City, Natalie Portman in Closer, and Lindsay Lohan in I Know Who Killed Me.  Don't get me started on Kristen Stewart's turn as a stripper in Welcome to the Rileys; her range (or lack thereof) dictates that I can't watch anything she does.  One exception to this apparent rule is Jessica Biel's performance in Powder Blue, which I found so memorable that it made my list of top turn-ons of 2009.  No, it seems like strip club scenes hit their zenith in the mid-1990s with Striptease and moreso with Showgirls.  In both cases, the most potentially memorable scenes were sullied by the actors who accompanied the strippers, Burt Reynolds (playing a foppish politician) and Kyle MacLachlan (playing a casino executive) respectively.  Nothing against either performance, but their presence made it difficult to get off in the days before rampant internet porn.

How could you do it to me, Agent Cooper?

Bonus: Do you have a stripper fantasy, that given the chance of not being found out, you would turn into a reality?
I don't have a fantasy about stripping, but I do have a few fantasies that involves strip-mining.

1. Have you ever danced naked in front of anyone? What prompted the experience?
I dance naked in front of Jack all the time.  In fact, every time my clothes come off I get the urge to dance.  I love to wiggle my butt.  I even dance, or at least sway a little, in the shower, usually while I'm singing.  The first time I did a striptease it was for an old boyfriend who asked for one.  I've done the same for Jack because it turns him on.  In all cases it ended with me being thrown down on the bed for some very hot sex.

2. Have you been to a strip club? Was it what you expected?
Yes, I have been to a few strip clubs, mostly in Vegas when I've been there for bachelorette parties, birthdays, and girls' weekends.  We usually walk past the women to the men upstairs, but I always want to stay downstairs and watch the women.  I find them much hotter, and they dance better too.  The men are always too greased up.  Banana hammocks are just not sexy, and Fabio isn't my type by any means.  These feelings aren't confined to strip clubs, either.  One time I attended a bachelorette party at a friend's home, and there was a male stripper.  It still wasn't my thing.  The guy was creepy.

No.  It sounds like it would be much more fun, as I find myself much more attracted to women with average looks and realistic bodies more than I do supermodels and skinny nineteen-year-old strippers.

4. Do you think strip clubs are exploitative or are they misunderstood as simple adult entertainment venues?

I think that strip clubs are a harmless form of adult entertainment.  They appeal to my voyeuristic side and my enjoyment of dance.  If people enjoy going to strip clubs and other people enjoy performing, it sounds like the perfect combination to me.

5. Would you ever consider stripping to pay for college or other expenses?

I personally would not strip for money.  I find that it is very personal for me, and I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it in front of just anyone.  I enjoy stripping for someone I am attracted to or who I have feelings for, and ideally someone who appreciates me for the woman that I am, stripping notwithstanding.  Plus it usually ends with sex, and if I was just stripping for money I would probably be disappointed when the other person didn't throw me down on the bed and have his way with me.  

6. Have you ever given your partner a private dance?

Yes. As I said in my answer to #1, I have given private dances to Jack and another boyfriend before him.  I love it!  I always feel so sexy. 

7. Would you ever perform a lap dance for a complete stranger?

I would probably not give a lap dance for a complete stranger.  I might consider it if I was with Jack and he wanted me to.  It would have to really turn on both Jack and I though.  And I'm probably not going to let the stranger fuck me afterwards.  Jack gets that honor.

8. Showgirls, Strip Tease, Magic Mike … What is the sexy Hollywood stripper scene you have ever YouTubed?

I haven't watched any Hollywood stripper scenes on YouTube, although in the past I have YouTubed striptease aerobics type videos for practice.

I've thought about being at a strip club with Jack, watching the sexy women and being invited up on stage and join in.  I get to show off my best moves, excite and arouse the men (and women) in the crowd, and interact with the other dancers.  Then afterwards, maybe Jack and I take one of them home with us.
